We can provide you with a link which will connect your site to a database, so that you can accept Real Time Reservations from any visitor who wishes to make a reservation.
You will be provided with User Names and Passwords, so that either you or each of the hotels on your site can maintain room availability and rates. The installation includes one rate Master for each hotel (for individual), but can be extended at a small cost, so that co-operating agents can also book through you on agreed rates.You can assign as many Travel agents,or Tour Operators as you wish to each rate master..
The system will immediately provide the client with a "Confirmation voucher" after obtaining his credit card details (optional) and you will be automatically notified the very same minute. This saves you a lot of labour time, through timely and endless e-mails to receive and confirm a reservation and your client from waiting for an answer. It also facilitates your site with what all clients are nowadays seeking , so creating an additional traffic to your site.
Please note that an allotment of rooms should be secured or the maintainance of availability should be accurate.
